Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Farah Digital websites, software services, and the private Farah Digital Google Operations application.
1. Acceptance
By using a Farah Digital service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. Do not use a service if you do not agree.
2. Farah Digital Google Operations
Google Operations is a private automation application for authorized Farah Digital users. After the user authorizes Google OAuth permissions, the application may perform user-requested workflows across Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Tasks, Google Ads, AdSense, Google Analytics, Search Console, Site Verification, Google Tag Manager, and YouTube.
Google Photos is not part of the application. Images such as JPG and PNG backup files may be handled as ordinary Google Drive files.
3. Authorization and account access
- You must use only Google accounts and resources that you own or are authorized to administer.
- You are responsible for reviewing the permissions presented by Google before granting access.
- Available operations are limited by granted OAuth scopes, enabled APIs, account permissions, quotas, and Google service availability.
- You may revoke access from your Google Account at any time.
4. User-requested actions
You remain responsible for instructions and actions that you ask the application to perform. This includes email sending, calendar changes, file sharing or deletion, advertising changes, analytics or permission changes, website verification, Tag Manager publication, and YouTube modifications.
Farah Digital is designed to prefer reversible actions, such as moving email or Drive files to Trash, where practical. Permanent deletion, publication, spending changes, user-access changes, and other high-impact operations should occur only after clear user intent and appropriate verification.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Farah Digital services to:
- access an account or resource without authorization;
- violate law, contractual duties, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform policies;
- send unlawful spam, deceptive content, malware, or abusive communications;
- circumvent security controls, quotas, approvals, or Google API restrictions;
- interfere with service operation or attempt to extract credentials or secrets.
6. Third-party services
Google services and other third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms, policies, availability, quotas, and account decisions. Farah Digital does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that every requested API operation will be available or accepted.
7. Security and credentials
You must protect account credentials, recovery methods, devices, and authorization links. Notify Farah Digital promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Farah Digital may suspend an integration or workflow when necessary to protect users, accounts, infrastructure, or third parties.
8. Intellectual property
Farah Digital retains rights in its software, website content, workflows, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in your data and materials, subject to the limited permissions needed for Farah Digital to process them for requested services.
9. Availability and changes
Services may be modified, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. Features that rely on Google APIs may change when Google changes APIs, policies, quotas, verification status, or account access.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Farah Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users should review high-impact actions and maintain appropriate backups. To the extent permitted by law, Farah Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services or third-party platforms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke Google authorization at any time. Farah Digital may suspend or terminate access for security risk, policy violation, unlawful use, non-payment where applicable, or material breach of these terms.
12. Contact and changes to these terms
Questions may be sent to [email protected]. These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date will be revised when changes are published.
